Psalm 18:1–2: “I will love You, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
 
How many times have you been down and out, just having one of those bad days, weeks, or even a year? You’ve come to the end of your rope, trying to do it on your own, and you get on your knees and cry out to the Lord. You realize that in the past He has been your strength, your rock, your fortress, and your deliverer. There has only been one person you could truly trust, and that is the Lord your God, for He has never failed you nor neglected any of His promises to you. In spiritual warfare, He has been your shield, your sword, and the horn of your salvation. When the enemy surrounds you like a flood, He alone has been your stronghold in times of trouble. Stop doing life alone; get God involved immediately. ~ Richard
