Exodus 14:14, “The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”
 
You face battles every day, and spiritually you go down swinging. But the key point is that you usually go down in defeat because you try to win by your own strength, ingenuity, and prowess. A human is no match for a powerful spiritual being like Satan. Even though he’s a fallen angel, he still maintains his power of influence through deceit and distractions. To face him alone is to lose every encounter and every battle.

When you allow God to walk ahead of you, taking the lead in every battle, following close behind Him will ensure that you win every battle. When the Mighty, Powerful God says to you, “The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace,” you’re not going to get a better deal anywhere. Especially if every time you lose a battle, you and your loved ones suffer the consequences of defeat. It is far better to follow behind a seasoned warrior whose track record shows He wins every battle He has ever faced; that is the person you need to run behind and trust in. ~ Richard
