A. Admit you are a sinner. Romans 3:23, "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
B. Believe that Jesus died for your sins. John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. "
C. Commit to asking Jesus to be your Savior and to lead your life. Romans 10:9, “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:13, “For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
This prayer may look like this….
Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and I am sorry for my sins. I believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose again for all my sins. Right now, I ask you to forgive me, come into my life, and save me.

Bad News: The unfortunate truth is that your sins prevent you from entering Heaven. If you refuse to accept Christ, you will face eternal separation in Hell.
Good news: When you turn your life over to Christ, repenting of your sins and accepting Jesus’ plan of salvation by faith, you will go to Heaven by His blood. Jesus paid the price for your entry into Heaven.
Luke 13:3, "I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.” Repentance is to feel deep regret, sorrow, and pain for past conduct against God, people, and yourself.

1. You Were Born a—>SINNER

Because you were born into sin by default, your sins will send you to hell unless the penalty is paid. More details go to Romans 3:10-18.
2. The Wages Of Sin —> Is Death
Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
The punishment we have earned for being born into sin is death. This death, when you breathe your last, is a total separation from God and eternal punishment in hell.
3. You Cannot Earn Your Way Into —>Heaven
Romans 3:10, “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one."
A person born in sin cannot fulfill a perfect God's requirements through good deeds.
Your good deeds, or “righteousness,” are like filthy rags in God's eyes. Isaiah 64:6 Therefore, you need a Redeemer!
You must understand that without Christ paying the wages of your sins, you cannot enter Heaven. Therefore, payment for your sins must be made God’s way, as outlined in His Word.

2. Remorse, Repentance, and Confession:
Remorse and repentance involve experiencing sincere, godly sorrow that results in a change of mind about sin and a commitment to begin a new life in Christ. Then, through prayer, you must confess your sins to God and ask for forgiveness.
1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
3. Accepting The Gift Life Through Faith:
You are born again by Scripture alone, faith alone, grace alone, Christ alone, and for the glory of God alone. Then you must believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, which transforms you into new life in Him.
Ephesians 2:8–9, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”

Through life's struggles, you will come to see the importance of following God and His truth while forsaking the world.
