  • The strange thing about the prison of your past is that you are the jailer, and you hold the key. Unforgiveness keeps the pain of what was done to you alive every day.
  • ​The only way to heal is to step through the door of faith and explore the truth of God that sets you free, so open the door and let’s step in to explore your healing together.

  • To walk in the Spirit is to take complete control of your thoughts!
  • ​If you do not filter what enters your mind through the written Word of God, you are not in control of your mind; someone else is. 
  • To be set free from the chains of addiction, you must, through Christ, deliberately choose to think differently.
  • There are neural pathways in your mind that pull you back into the same rut or pattern of thinking. That is why you easily drift back into the same habit of sin unless you change this pathway by choosing to think differently. They tell us that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. So, all you have to do is persevere and push through with your new habits in Christ for them to take root permanently in your life (2 Cor. 10:4-5).
  • The HEARTBEAT of  "Intimacy With Christ" is having an intentional connection with God. All relationships require time, attention, and connection.
